TSWG Awards Sound Metrics A Contract for 12 Diver-held Sonars TSWG, the U.S. national forum that identifies, prioritizes and coordinates interagency and international research and development (R&D) requirements for combating terrorism, awarded Sound Metrics a contract for 12 DIDSON Diver-held sonars. Two sonars were immediately delivered to the Second Fleet – EOD in Norfolk, VA. The other systems will be delivered to a central command activity in Mechanicsburg, PA. then forwarded to selected underwater crime scene investigation teams and law enforcement dive teams throughout the United States.
